At Date & Palm, we take great pride in the quality of our artisanal products. Because we sell perishable food items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Why We Can't Accept Returns

For the safety and well-being of all our customers, we are unable to accept returns on food products once they have been shipped. This policy is in place to ensure that every customer receives products that meet our strict quality and hygiene standards.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We stand behind the quality of every order we ship. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect items and packaging

We will review your claim and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or store credit. We do not issue cash refunds.

Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 5 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and find a resolution.
